The Clubhouse
an elegant ground-floor loft, designed to inspire.
A 2,500 sq. ft. loft with 13-foot ceilings, abundant natural light, and a 15-foot wide loading door, creating a refined yet versatile setting for gatherings of all kinds. Thoughtfully designed with flexible seating and modular layouts, the space effortlessly adapts to panels, pop-ups, private dinners, and curated brand activations. More than just a venue, it's a setting where exceptional experiences unfold.
KYO Lounge
a warm café lounge, indoors and open-air.
By day, KYO offers a curated selection of specialty coffee, tea, and ceremonial cacao, making it an ideal setting for casual meetups, creative pop-ups, and daytime gatherings. In the evenings, the space transitions into an intimate environment for private dinners, cocktail receptions, live music, and meaningful talks. Rooted in the meaning of its name, "sutra," or "teaching," KYO is a place where conversation, ceremony, and collaboration come together.
